  • any claim other than the main claim filed by a claimant against a defendant in the particulars of claim
COMMENT Part 20 claims include counterclaims by a defendant against a claimant, or against other persons who are not parties to the case, or a claim by another person against any other person. These claims are dealt with under Part 20 of the new Civil Procedure Rules, hence the name.
